Raghu Raghuram

CEO and Principal

Raghu provides overall leadership and business direction for EasyAUM. He is also responsible for the overall architecture of EasyAUM’s products and client solutions. He views the company as a vehicle for connected, scalable collaboration with clients, employees and the industry.

Raghu built his experience initially working for large systems integration and outsourcing companies such as Unisys, MCI Systemhouse, EDS and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Raghu has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is a yoga instructor and a light practitioner. He loves to play the guitar, play tennis, ski, explore collective consciousness and energies and be with the family.

Hrishikesh Dalvi

Director, Software Engineering

Hrishi leads our operations in India. He has over 26 years of experience in customer management, team and project management, system architecture, design, development and implementation of technology solutions. He is adept in end-to-end development of software products/projects from inception, planning, execution, monitoring and closure in collaboration with offshore teams. With his hands-on experience in leading teams on multiple projects, Hrishi is a thorough implementer with an ability to maximize customer satisfaction and software quality.

Hrishi has architected and designed mission-critical applications for clients in the USA, Bermuda, and India. He has also worked with Hewlett-Packard, Escalate, and California State Government in various consulting capacities.

Hrishi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. He loves old Hindi film songs and hiking with his family in the mountains of Maharashtra, India in the middle of the monsoon season.

Namrata Kambli

Solutions Architect & SME

Namrata has over 25 years of industry experience in system architecture, design, analysis, implementation, and deployment of business applications in the financial services industry. She has a strong track record of working with cross functional teams to deliver solutions to investment managers.

Her prior experience includes working as a Technical Lead in a fast-paced internet start-up that provided a suite of integrated services to small and medium businesses.

Namrata is a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Technology from the University of Mumbai, India; and holds certificates in Machine Learning (Stanford Online), Deep Learning Specialization (DeepLearning.ai) and Cloud Computing (Great Learning, India). She loves traveling with her family, enjoys capturing landscapes and portraits, and is currently exploring sketching.

Shekhar Pawar, CISA

Senior Manager, Information Security

Shekhar is responsible for cybersecurity management for EasyAUM. He currently has over 20 years of diverse experience in cybersecurity audits, cybersecurity implementation, and software delivery.

He has a doctorate in the field of cybersecurity from SSBM Geneva, Switzerland. He has also completed executive management studies from SJMSOM, IIT-Bombay and has a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Mumbai University.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PCI DSS V3.2.1 Implementer, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Diploma Holder in Cyber Laws, Certified ATM for CMMi Assessment, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP for Development), Certified Blockchain Developer, CISSP-trained, Certified HIPAA Compliance Professional, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Certified Professional, and many others.

Vinod Tazhatethil

Technology Architect

Vinod is the lead Technology Architect for data-warehousing solutions at EasyAUM. He is responsible for the architecture and development of the MarketBridge product, and has contributed significantly in the areas of application development, product development, Data warehousing tools, Data modeling and implementation for Investment Management industry since 2002.

Vinod has a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Master’s in Computer Applications and an executive MBA.

Yanrong Chen

Product Manager & Business Analyst

Yanrong has interdisciplinary research expertise, global exposure, and diverse knowledge base in history, finance, and investment. Equipped with strong data engineering skills, she is engaged in engagements pertaining to asset classification, market data, investment research and product design.

Yanrong holds a PhD. in East Asian Studies from the University of Leuven in Belgium, studying history, comparative philosophy, and religion. She is a CFA, and occasionally writes for equity research columns. She loves music, playing the piano, and is fondly regarded by many as a perpetual learner.

Ashwin Vadalkar

Product Owner & Business Analyst

Ashwin serves as the Product Owner and Business Analyst at EasyAUM, leveraging his background to drive product innovation and business analysis. With a solid foundation in engineering and business analytics, Ashwin brings a unique blend of technical prowess and strategic insight to his role. Prior to joining EasyAUM, Ashwin held various key positions in research, marketing, and program management at prominent organizations.

Ashwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and completed his MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Ashwin enjoys pursuing his passions for cooking and engaging in adventure sports like snowboarding. He also finds solace in playing golf and cherishes moments spent with his family.

Ashwin’s diverse experiences and academic background underscore his commitment to driving business success through strategic analysis and innovation.

Gurinder Kaur

Senior Software Engineer

Gurinder has over 18 years of IT Industry experience in system design, analysis, implementation, development, and deployment of business applications using N-layer architecture. She has worked with product-oriented as well as solutions-oriented organizations based in India, US and Europe. She has hands-on experience working on technologies like .Net, .Net Core, Rest APIs, KnockoutJS and AngularJS.

She holds Post Graduate Degree in Master of Computer Applications and Graduation Degree in Non-Medical Science. She enjoys slow long runs, yoga and playing badminton.

Shailesh Ketkar

Project Manager & QA Analyst

Shailesh has over 20+ years of IT Industry experience in system design, analysis, implementation, testing and maintenance of business applications in the financial services, chemical and electrical industries. His experience spans working closely with cross functional teams in India, US and Europe. He has extensive experience in implementing SAP and Microsoft AX solutions. Shailesh holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Renuka Ektare

Senior Software Developer

Renuka has over 20 years of experience as an IT professional. Her experience includes a diverse set of IT roles such as requirements analysis, systems analysis, design, development and working across cross-functional team (Development, Database, Testing and Support). She has worked on various applications based on web technologies, REST APIs, and N-tier architecture for clients in the US, UK, Dubai and India.

Her prior experience includes working in domains such as insurance (Medicare Set Asides), financial markets education, and SaaS.

Renuka holds a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai, India. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (GNIIT) from NIIT, India, and certificate in PMP. In her leisure time she prefers to spend time with her family, listen to soft music, cook food, play badminton and do Yoga.

Arpit Lohia

Business Analyst

Arpit is one of our newest employees working as a business analyst assisting our India team. With a technical foundation in engineering combined with his financial knowledge, he helps the firm with financial research, client engagement and data analysis.

He has a Bachelors degree in IT from IIIT Allahabad and an MBA degree with specialization in finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is currently pursuing CFA charter and has cleared level 1. He has previously worked as business analyst for a major investment bank for 2 years.

Arpit loves playing badminton and also enjoys travelling around the world. He is a huge fan of adventure sports such as bungee jumping and sky diving.

Ajit Gadre

Network Infrastructure Manager

Ajit has been working in the field of Network Infrastructure, in the corporate segment, for over two decades. His core expertise is in end-to-end development of Infrastructure projects from planning, execution, and monitoring. He has hands-on experience in leading teams on multiple projects, and has worked as an IT consultant extensively with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Financial Services companies. Ajit’s deep understanding of the latest technologies, and his ability to adapt to new environments, makes him a valuable asset to the core team of EasyAUM.
